In June, we’ve made some significant changes to features on the site, all based on feedback from you - the editors of AChurchNearYou.com. Here’s a brief overview of what's been improved.

What's changed?
Homepage
- There is now the option to add a TikTok account to your church’s social media accounts. Editing your church’s homepage
Who’s Who page
- There is now the option to create a ‘Who’s Who’ page on your church site, with an image, name and contact details for each person. Creating and editing your Who's who page
Services and events page
- Tags for services and events now appear in alphabetical order.
- Past & unpublished services and events have been reordered so the most recent services and events are now at the top of the page. Services and events page ordering and filtering
- Multiple breaks can now be added to a service or event. Pause a service or event from the calendar without deleting it
- There is now a text box at the top of your services and events page, where you can add additional information.
- Benefice sites now have a calendar tab on their services and events page, displaying services and events created at benefice level. Services and events page ordering and filtering
News and notices page
- Tags for news stories have been removed.
- There is now the option to add a Custom "News" URL that either replaces the News Stories section or the whole News and Notices page on your church site. Adding a custom News URL to replace the News and Notices page on your church site
- There is now a text box at the top of your news and notices page, where you can add additional information.
Get in touch page
- If your church has a newsletter, you can now add a signup button to your church homepage, directing people to where they can subscribe. Adding a link from AChurchNearYou.com to your church’s newsletter
- You can now set multiple email addresses to receive messages from the public which are sent through the 'Get in touch' form on your church site, based on the subject of the email. Set multiple email addresses to receive messages from the public
Other
- You can now upload up to three videos to your News stories, About Us page and custom pages on both church and benefice sites. Embedding video onto a page on AChurchNearYou.com
