There are known issues with Microsoft Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Edge (though in December 2018 Microsoft confirmed plans to rebuild its Edge browser using Chromium* which may well eliminate those issues when they release it sometime in 2019) so, if you're using either IE or Edge, you may wish to try another browser such as Google Chrome (https://www.google.com/chrome/), Mozilla Firefox (https://www.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/new/), or Opera (https://www.opera.com/).
If you're unsure of which browser you're using, you can visit: www.supportdetails.com to find out about your Operating System, Web Browser, Screen Resolution, and Web Browser Size and more.
