When you add new services and events to your church page, you can tag them with relevant tags to help people find the service or event they might be looking for. For Easter or Christmas related tags, you can add tags such as Advent, Hot Cross Buns, Carols or Lent.
When you do this and save the event, a Christmas or Easter tab – depending on the season – will automatically appear at the top of the Services and Events page and all the specific Christmas / Easter services will be listed in this section, so they are easy to find.
We currently run a campaign at Christmas, so remember to tick this box in the ‘Edit your page’ to enable your Church page to be branded with the campaign logo and creates a Christmas Services button on your Churches homepage.
To do this, when logged in to your Church page, click on the pencil by your church name and scroll down to Campaigns and then you can tick the box. If additional campaigns are added to A Church Near You the options for these will appear here.
When planning content for specific times of the Church year, visit the Resource Hub at the top of the page (next to ‘My Account’) to access free-to-use images and logos, as well as videos, campaign materials and much more.
On Mobile: Once logged into your church page on your device, scroll down past ‘Analytics’ until you reach ‘Homepage’ and click the grey pencil to the right. Once in the ‘edit your homepage’ section please follow the instructions above.
