Once logged into your A Church Near You Page, click the ‘Add a page’ tab. At the bottom of the form you can select a number between 1 and 10. The higher the number, the higher the page is on the menu on the left-hand side. This means number 10 will be right at the top of the list and number 1 at the bottom. Try not to use the same number on two pages.
Think about areas of church life that people might be interested in reading about, and create a page for each. You should have a page for your Safeguarding policy, along with the Safeguarding text in your welcome message.
To move an existing page, click on the pencil next to the page name, scroll down to the ‘page order’ box and change the number as required.
To delete a page, click on the pencil next to the page you want to delete, scroll to the bottom of the page and click delete. This will remove the page.
These pages can be used to tell people more about the life of your church. You could create a page to let people know more about:
- Safeguarding
- Sunday services
- Midweek activities
- Social action projects your church may run
- Community activities/projects
- History of the church
On Mobile: Once logged into your church page on your device, scroll down past ‘Analytics’ until you reach ‘About Pages’ and click the grey pencil to the right. This will list all of your current pages. To edit a page click the grey pencil to the right of it. If you wish to delete it, click on ‘More’ at the bottom of the page and this will give you the delete option. At the bottom of the list of pages there is the option to ‘Add another’ which enables you to add an extra page.
