To upload either a new Story or Notice Sheet, once logged into to your church page, click on the + next to News and Notices in the left-hand menu.
Click either the new Story or Notice Sheet tab to select what you want to edit.
Fill out all the fields of information as instructed on the page. Once complete click on 'Save' at the bottom of the page. If you want this item to be added to your other churches then click on 'Copy' at the bottom of the page (Which will appear after you have save the article for the first time). This will then give you a list of your other churches. Tick the boxes of the churches you want the item copied to and then click 'Copy' and it will be copied across to those pages.
Please note: Subsequent changes to an article will not automatically update to the copied articles. You will also notice a 'Save as New' button and this enables you to edit an existing item and then save it as a new item (not overwriting the existing one).
Remember that this is a public page, so avoid using first names or Christian jargon that visitors might not understand or relate to.
On Mobile: Once you have logged into your church page on your device click on the square ‘Add a New story or Notice-sheet’, then click either ‘New story’ or Add a ‘New notice-sheet’ and then fill out the form as instructed. Below the story / notice sheet options there are tabs to view stories, notice-sheets and unpublished articles, simply click on the required tab to view the content.
