This feature allows you to choose which Service or Event you would like to feature on your homepage.
If we're in the build-up to a key calendar event, would you like that service to appear on your homepage?
If you are running a new mid-week or evening service, perhaps that could be on the homepage as the first thing people see when they visit your page.
Think about what is the most important Service or Event for people to see.
If you do not choose a Service or Event to be featured, the next event or service to be held will appear on your homepage*.
To select which service or event appears on your church’s homepage, go the pencil next to the name of your church on the left-hand side. This is where you edit your Page Content information and add profile, logo and cover pictures.
Scroll down to the “What’s on” panel section. Here, you will be able to choose between:
- Use the next upcoming event
- Use this event
If you select 'Use this event', you will then be able to select your chosen service or event from the drop-down menu, then scroll down the page and click Save*.
