The email in the ‘Get in touch form’ is the email address that notifications concerning new messages in the inbox are sent to. If this field is left blank, the notification comes to the ACNY team, and then we will try and contact the parish to advise them accordingly. This requires a huge amount of resource from the team, and means a delay in the response to the public, so we ask all church’s to ensure this is updated.
To update this email address, once logged in to your church’s page, click on the pencil by the ‘Get In touch’ tab and then you can complete the form. The email address field is near the bottom of the page.
Once completed click ‘Save’ in the bottom right hand corner of the page.
