In order to save a Service or Event you'll need to ensure that all the fields are filled in, including the Description box.
If you have added a tag, or removed a tag, to a Service or Event and then clicked Save, the update will only take effect if you have filled in all the fields of the Service or Event.
Tags can't always be removed in IE and Edge
The project team are aware of an issue affecting some Microsoft Internet Explorer and Microsoft Edge users whereby removal of tags in search and in services and events isn't always possible. They'll be working with the developers on this. In the meantime, you may wish to try another browser such as Google Chrome (https://www.google.com/chrome/), Mozilla Firefox (https://www.mozilla.org/en-GB/firefox/new/), or Opera (https://www.opera.com/).
