1) Go to: https://www.achurchnearyou.com/accounts/login and click FORGOT PASSWORD?
2) Enter your email address and then click RESET PASSWORD
A message on screen will say that a password reset email is on its way. However, for security reasons, this message will display whether or not an account exists for that email address.
3) If you have an account then you will then be sent an email by the system, please click the password reset link contained within the email
4) Choose a new password and type it into both boxes and then click CHANGE PASSWORD
5) You can now log in using your new password
Clicking My Churches in the top left hand corner will show you all the churches for which you're an approved editor and all the churches for which your request to edit is pending.

If you do not receive a password reset email: please try other email addresses you use just to make sure you're using the correct email address.
If you continue not to receive a password reset email it's most likely you do not have an account. We therefore recommend that you register for a new account, and request to edit your churches, for details of how to do this click here.
If you no longer have access to the email address you used to set up your AChurchNearYou account:
If you know the password for the AChurchNearYou account you can log in and then follow the instructions here: https://achurchnearyou.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360002336113-I-need-to-update-my-contact-details to update your email address.
If you do not know the password for your AChurchNearYou and you cannot use the password reset function as you no longer have access to the associated email address then there is no way of verifying ownership of that account, therefore you will need to create a new account and request to edit your church(es) again. USERNAMES/CODES/DORMANT ACCOUNT DELETION:
The AChurchNearYou login method and procedure was updated, from usernames/codes to email addresses, in November 2017. At the same time, accounts which had not been used for 12 months prior were removed.
