In order to add, edit, or delete a Service or Event you will first need to ensure you're logged in and an approved editor of that church. Click here to find out more.
Once you're logged in, click My Churches and select the church at which the event or service is held.
To edit a Service or Event, rather than clicking the + sign next to Services and Events which you would do to add a new Service or Event, simply click the words Services and Events, then use the Regular Events, One-Off Events, and Calendar tabs, and the Show Current Events/Show All Events on the drop down to find the Service or Event you're looking for.
Once you've found it, click the pencil icon in the corner of the event card. You will then see the form that will allow you to edit that Service or Event.
Remember to tag your Services and Events so that people can find them easily.
If a regular Service or Event won't be happening on a particular date/dates you can add a break into the Service or Event to prevent it from showing on that date/those dates.
In order to save a Service or Event you'll need to ensure that all the fields are filled in, including the including the Description box.
There is a maximum height for the image uploaded for Services and Events of 220 px. There is no maximum width as the image is responsive to the size of the screen.
