To Add, Edit or remove a Service or Event click, once logged into your Church’s page click on the ‘+’ in the ‘Services and Events’ tab and then you can complete the form on the right-hand side.
Remember to call your event something that everyone can understand – even if they aren’t a regular churchgoer.
You are also required to add a description. This helps people know what to expect if they haven’t attended before. Think about including key moments that will take place, what tone the service or event might have and who is welcome to attend.
The form gives you the option to make this a ‘one-off’ or ‘regular service’. If you click the ‘regular service’ tab you can then set the days you want the service to repeat on. You can also put a break in the repeat cycle, so you can have a service repeat every Sunday and then omit a period of time in the cycle.

You must complete all the fields with an Asterix (*) to save your service or event.
To copy your event across to other churches in your Benefice, click the ‘Copy’ button at the bottom of the form and then choose the other churches you want to copy the event to.
Please note that at present once you have done this any subsequent changes are not automatically copied across all of the copied events, these would need to be done separately.
On Mobile: Once logged into your church page on your device, to add an event click the ‘Add Event’ box, then click the ‘+’ to add a new event and then follow the instructions as above. To edit an existing event, after clicking the ‘Add Event’ box scroll down to the event you wish to edit, click the grey pencil then follow the instructions as above.
